Yes a dremel with the fibre drum for the majority. If you want to take out a large amount of material then a die grinder first but be careful with those. Once you are close to where you want to be I then finish with 180 wet and dry by hand.

I have a 2.0 with a slight chain rattle on start up for maybe 2 seconds. Still not got around to sorting it duh.

oil leak from drivers side could be.
oil filter not sealed correctly
oil pressure switch leaking
crank oil seal rocker gasket.
Give it a good clean off mate and get a torch in there see if you can see it dribbling from anywhere .
