Sill and arch repair in south west?

This is the section to see what is hidding behind those panels, and how to get rid of the tin worm, cutting out and welding in fresh metal, protection and paint.

Finally got the cash together to get my baby sorted properly (sills and arches both sides along with a bit at top of screen). So looking for quality recommendation in the south west/South Wales area (live around Taunton)

Any help greatly appreciated
