The knob just screws off( OE one will), and the handbrake cover just pulls apart after you remove the one phillips head screw out on the passenger side of the cover.

The handbrake handle is just a push-fit though there is usually a little sticky stuff in there. To remove it give it a bit of a twist while pulling straight off. If its never been removed it might feel like it won't go but it will.
Similar with the gear knob. It just screws off but can be on very tight and can feel like its too tight to remove but again, it will go.

Some aftermarket Gear Knobs have an Allen Key screw to hold them in-place. :handgestures-thumbup:

Thanks guys, Looked all over, couldn't see Philips or Allen, tried the twist and pull to no avail. Got one on ebay now.
