diff mounting rubber plates.

Got a problem, need some advice ?

diff mounting rubber plates.

hi All , been a while
ive brought this topic up before , the diff mounting plates on my eunos are shredding ,when is it wise to replace ? my baby has just past mot without advisories
so wondering are these needing changing or are they just ok as are?

There is no risk of it falling off as the diff is bolted to the subframe , but the plates have seen better days.
