Greetings and welcome to menders, this site was built for every owner that might need her to help keep those bills low and also keep them on the road where they belong, she is run by very passionate enthusiasts owners for passionate enthusiastic owners, see her like a on line garage, there is a lot of tech stuff hopefully explained for everyone to use, if there is something you cannot get your head around, or you feel that there is a strong walk through guide missing that needs creating by one of us or from yourselves, please let us know, we are also on false book and youtube, which as short tech vids to help, and again if you feel there is a vid that would help please get it touch.

Build...06

Well she arrived just before the new owner arrived to collect the white one, and she is a MK 2 R.S import in silver with a 6spd box ,lsd diff and billies, 1.8cc and rot free with low miles.

Easy enough to get right to my standard, list of attack will be...
All new disks and pads all around with a brake system service,
Full service including water pump and cam belt change,
Engine bay clean,
Full underseal and box sections,
Paint wing mirrors,
Upper and lower gear shaft boots,
Diff and gearbox oil change,
good clean and polish in and out,
Misc items just because i'm not happy with them, immobiliser socket moved, wiper arms sprayed, etc etc....

I'm waiting to see what you do to her and then how much you want for her when she is done as I could be tempted to increase my ownership back to two in the very near future!!

1998 UK Mk 2 1.6 (gone)
2003 1.8 SVT Sport (shouldnt have sold it)
1991 1.6 Eunos Roadster with a bit of bling.

Diff oil and gearbox oils changed, sealing done and all back together, brakes fully serviced also new fluid, disk and pads, upper and lower gear shaft boots done, all locks,hinges, bushes and channels lubed including all inside the door, service done including oil and,plugs and all filters, just starting on the water pump and cam belt change....

Water pump, cam belt ,idler and tensioner, spring, rocker seal, Aux belts done, just need to add fresh antifreeze and get rid of and air pockets, and get the fresh oil around, engine bay clean, interior and outside cleaned and both mirrors hit with paint, and she will be done.
