Looking for car trimmer -Berkshire way

Postby GlennyGills » Mon Oct 24, 2016 8:19 pm

Hi I am looking for a trimmer to replace the very tired leather on my seats. I have found one guy, but I thought £1000 was a bit steep. Anyone got any recommendations?

Thanks

Do you know Edcase (Michael) on Nutz? I could get details of the guy (Stuart) who did the trimming on his car if you like.

Sorry I missed your post earlier
I had my Gleneagles seats recovered in matching leather and to exactly the same pattern as original.
It was a bit less than a thousand and the least costly i could find. He also used the original seat backs vinyl which then matches the original and saves a bit. (condition dependant)
The workmanship is perfect.

Hi, Thanks for the info.
I contacted Andrew at Autolink and he gave a very good price BUT to add the Ruff look on the leather would cost quite a bit more. Don't think the car will ever be a show car so I think I will have a trip to Portsmouth in the New Year.
