This is just a short introduction, I'm Dan and I've worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for over 24 years.

If any of you on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I have hand-picked a small but dedicated team of staff who with me will try and assist you wherever possible. I can assure you we will be completely impartial despite being on the payroll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed-up we will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected. If any of you do not understand an insurer’s viewpoint we will do our best to clearly explain it.

It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With our many years of experience we should be able to answer most queries immediately. If there were issues or a problem that we can’t answer directly we would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and we would then be able to relay an answer back.

Welcome to Mazda-Menders we are a great bunch that give good advice to anyone with a problem.

I have all my vehicles insured through Adrian Flux and I am very happy with the service received at all times. One small point I am not sure about, one of my MX5's is insured at an agreed value. I am not sure if this is being brought forward every year from inception three years ago. Would it be possible for you to check this. Hi Dan and welcome, i used flux some years ago when i had a different jap import and had a good deal for several years, but on a mx5 mk1 import this year was way off despite even more years no claim also drive way parking over night.
I hope you becoming a member may help come renewal time as i did like flux when i was with them.

I have a question. when renewal is due most brokers (A-Flux) included just qoute for a renewal with the existing company and don't bother relooking at the market. Whay is that?
