Togichi Fuji Super LSD

Postby Speedy » Tue May 21, 2019 9:17 pm

My recently imported 1.6 Mk1 has a very expensive 'Togichi Fuji Super LSD' which I believe has some sort of clutch arrangment to distribute the torque to the appropriate wheel when required. As it hasn't had an oil change and was starting to give a bit of chatter and judder when pulling away at an angle of travel.
The oil was unknown and I tried the 75w 90 GL5 but that didn't seem to help the chatter very much. After a bit of research I was guided to Castrol Racing limited slip diff oil and also used in conjunction with Redline limited slip diff friction modifier.

The chatter and judder has completely gone and is now a pleasure to drive off the drive at a 90 degree turn.
