Hello All! I'm after two Heater Hose Grommets for the bulk head on my MK1. They go around the matrix feed and return pipes through the bulkhead - I've checked with Autolink (Andrew) and Mx5 parts. Both are permanently out of stock. So I'm appealing to the hoarders that may have some 'new old' stock ...

In need of some wheels and tyres for my mk1. Don't have to be legal just something to keep it rolling around the workshop over winter while I do a few jobs (including refurbig the wheels!)

Im located just south of Leeds so the nearer the better!

As cheap as possible!

Not really 'regularly' Shed been sat for a month and then Ive done 100 miles over two weekends. End of Oct Im going to SORN it....

Drove her yesterday and it was considerably less smokey than it had been.

Hi all, I'm getting a bit of smoke on start up. Never noticed it before but I left the car sat for a month or so started it on Saturday and a noticeable amount of smoke appeared. After a bit of digging I'm assuming valve stem seals are the culprit. Three questions? 1.Could it be anything else? If so...

Chaps. Just doing the coolant change on mine. Ive bought Comma Super cold Master. The last time the coolant was changed it was done at a garage... The mixture that I have drained out appears pink, as I didnt chnage it I've no idea what it is. Is there a problem with mixing coolants? If so whats the ...

There is a slight nic in the insulation of one where its rubbed on another lead..... probably being a bit picky. I'll leave them on!

Did the yearly service this morning. Decided to do the HT leads as they have been on at least a three years. Bought MX5parts 'standard' 7mm leads (black head in the picture). On removing the leads I found that the connect at the coil pack end was 'male' and the one on the new lead is 'female'. I can...
